Webflow Integration
Outpacer connects to Webflow's CMS API to publish articles directly to your Webflow blog collection.
Setup Steps
- In your Webflow project, go to Project Settings > Integrations > API Access and generate an API token.
- In Outpacer, select Webflow as your CMS type.
- Enter your Webflow API token.
- Outpacer will fetch your collections — select the blog/articles collection.
- Map the required fields: title, slug, content (rich text), meta description, and featured image.
Field Mapping
Webflow CMS uses custom collections with flexible schemas. Outpacer automatically detects common field names (title, slug, post-body, thumbnail) but allows you to manually map fields if your collection uses different naming.
Publishing Flow
Articles are published as draft items in your Webflow collection. You can then publish them to your live site via Webflow's publish button, or configure Outpacer to auto-publish directly.
Limitations
Webflow's API has rate limits (60 requests per minute on most plans). Outpacer handles rate limiting automatically. Rich text content is converted to Webflow's node format for proper rendering.
