Content Plans & Scheduling
Content Plans are the strategic backbone of Outpacer. Instead of randomly generating articles, Outpacer creates a month-by-month editorial calendar based on keyword research, search intent, and competitive gaps.
Generating a Content Plan
Navigate to your website and click Content Plan. Outpacer will analyze your niche, existing content, and competitor landscape to suggest a list of high-value keywords with estimated search volume, keyword difficulty, and CPC data.
Reviewing Keywords
Each content plan presents a table of keywords with:
- Keyword — The target search term.
- Suggested Title — An optimized article title.
- Search Volume — Monthly search volume estimate.
- Keyword Difficulty — A 0-100 score indicating how hard it is to rank.
- Scheduled Date — When the article will be generated.
You can edit titles, remove keywords, add your own, and adjust the schedule before approving the plan.
Approving and Executing
Once you approve a content plan, Outpacer begins generating articles according to the schedule. Articles move through stages: queued, generating, draft, review, approved, and published. You can intervene at any stage to edit content or adjust the pipeline.
Ongoing Optimization
Content plans are not set-and-forget. Outpacer monitors keyword rankings over time and suggests plan adjustments based on what is working. High-performing topics may get follow-up articles, while underperforming keywords may be deprioritized.
