Configuring Brand Voice
Brand Voice is the core of Outpacer's content personalization. It ensures every article, social post, and summary sounds like it was written by your team — not a generic AI.
Voice Settings
Navigate to Website Settings > Brand Voice to configure:
- Business Name — Your company or brand name used in content.
- Industry — Helps AI understand context and terminology.
- Target Audience — Who reads your content (e.g., "small business owners", "enterprise CTOs").
- Writing Tone — Choose from Conversational Expert, Formal Authority, Friendly Casual, or Technical Precise.
- Experience Context — Describe your company's unique expertise, history, or perspective. This is woven into articles to demonstrate E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness).
Author Information
Set an author name, title, and credentials. These appear in article bylines and author schema markup, which is important for Google's evaluation of content quality.
Content Language
Outpacer supports content generation in 30+ languages. Select your primary content language and all generated articles, titles, and meta descriptions will be produced in that language.
Tips for Best Results
The more detail you provide in your brand voice configuration, the better your content will be. Include specific phrases your brand uses, topics you are known for, and any terminology unique to your niche. Avoid vague descriptions — specificity is key.
