What Is an XML Sitemap?

How to Submit Your Sitemap to Google
Save the generated file as sitemap.xml in your website root directory. Then go to Google Search Console, navigate to Sitemaps, and enter the URL (e.g., https://yoursite.com/sitemap.xml).
